The coach dashboard that knows every set your client lifts
Your client logs a workout in the free Gainflow app. You see it in the dashboard the same moment — no screenshots, no spreadsheets, no “so, how did it go?”.
Your client logs it on the phone. You see it in the dashboard.
These are not two apps you have to bolt together with an export. The Gainflow app and the coach dashboard are two views of the same data — your client racks the bar and the set is already with you.
The client app — free, iOS and Android
The coach dashboard — browser, nothing to install
Everything about one client on one screen
Open a client and you see their volume over the last seven days, their weight and body fat over time, and the programs they are running right now. It is the client's own data, shared with you — not a number you had to ask for.
The client page in the dashboard. The workout chart takes one metric — volume, sets, reps, duration or distance — over a range you choose; body measurements are a separate chart with weight, body fat and girths. A client can keep their data to themselves, and where that happens the dashboard says so instead of showing a zero.
What else is in the dashboard
Three things a coach does not want to keep in a spreadsheet: the plan, the exercise library and the client list.
Programs from a template
Build a program once and hand it to as many clients as you want — one switch per person. Each of them gets their own copy in the app, and taking the assignment back never touches the workouts they already logged on it.
Exercise library
Your exercises and your own additions in one place, with a description and a technique clip. Filter by muscle group, or pick a client and see their progress on that one exercise.
Clients: invitations and limits
A client joins by email invitation. The list keeps three tabs — active, deactivated and invited — you can deactivate someone and bring them back, and your plan says how many clients you run at once.
A schedule that knows who is coming and why
A session in the calendar is tied to a client and their plan, so when you walk into the session you already see what happened last time and what is due today.
The schedule is not a second calendar you have to keep in parallel. A session takes the client and the program from the dashboard, and after the workout it goes back into their history — the same history the client sees on their phone.
- The session knows the client. You start the workout and see the last weights, not a blank sheet.
- Two places at once is allowed. If a new session overlaps one you already have, the schedule warns you and lets it through — that call is yours, not a validation error.
- No double entry. A workout your client saves in the app closes the session in the schedule.
What it costs
